• Servings: 1

• Ingredients:

• 1 slice of high-protein or sourdough bread

• 1/2 ripe avocado

• 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese (blended for extra creaminess!)

• 1 tsp “Everything Bagel” seasoning or red pepper flakes

• Optional: 1 soft-boiled egg for an extra 7g of protein

• Instructions:

1. Toast your bread until golden and crisp.

2. In a small bowl, mash the avocado with a pinch of salt.
