The Recipe:
• Prep time: 5 minutes
• Freeze time: 3 hours
• Servings: 4
• Ingredients:
• 2 cups Plain non-fat Greek yogurt
• 2 tbsp Honey or maple syrup
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup Fresh strawberries or blueberries
• 2 tbsp Chopped nuts or dark chocolate chips
• Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the yogurt mixture into a thin, even layer (about 1cm thick).
3. Scatter your berries and nuts/chocolate chips on top. Press them down slightly.
4. Freeze for at least 3 hours or until completely firm.
5. Break or cut into “bark” pieces and keep them stored in a freezer bag for an instant healthy snack!
